A Classic Apple Crisp Recipe

Apple Crisp

Ingredients:

4 Large Apples – peeled and cored
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup water
1/4 lb butter (1 stick)-softened
1 cup flour
1 cup white sugar
Casserole dish buttered

Preparation:

Slice peeled and cored apples into pan or casserole. Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together and spread over the top, then add water. Topping: Mix flour and white sugar, work in butter. Sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until apples are done and top is brown. Serve alone, or with milk or ice cream over top.
