Cocktail Sauce
In bowl, stir together:
1 cup ketchup
1-2 Tbs. Freshly grated or prepared horseradish
1 Tbs. fresh lemon juice
1/2 Tsp Tabasco sauce
1/4 Tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 Tsp. celery salt
Cover and refrigerate cocktail sauce until ready to use.
Serve cocktail sauce with cooked trout and lemon wedges
... Make about 1 1/2 cups.
