Buffalo Meatloaf
Ingredients:
1 lb. ground buffalo (beef can be substituted)
1 egg
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup oatmeal
2* large can tomato sauce *(1 can will be used for topping)
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large bowl, mix all ingredients with your hand until mixture is uniform.
Pat mixture into a loaf pan. Spread tomato sauce on top like icing.
Cover edges with foil to avoid over browning.
Bake until juices run clear.
Serve warm.
