A Classic Horseradish Sauce Recipe

Horseradish Sauce Recipe with Horseradish, Milk, Sugar, Mustard and Vinegar.

INGREDIENTS:

1 Horseradish
1/4 pint (150ml) Milk
2 teaspoons Sugar
1 teaspoon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Salt
Sprinkling of Pepper
1 tablespoon Vinegar


Preparation:

Clean and peel the horseradish, grate it finely. Mix well with the milk, sugar, mustard, salt & pepper. Stir in the vinegar last of all. Leave until cold and serve.Enough for 4 people.
