Taco Touchdown Dip
Enjoy this Taco Treat at your next home game.
From Knoxville to Baton Rouge.
Ingredients:
1 pound ground beef (optional)
1 (16-ounce) can refried beans
1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons taco seasoning mix
2 garlic cloves, pressed
1/2 cup (2 ounces) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pitted ripe olives, chopped
1 can chopped tomatoes
Directions:
If ground beef is used, brown and drain. Preheat oven to 350º. Spread refried beans over the bottom of a deep casserole dish. In a 2-quart bowl, combine softened cream cheese, sour cream, and taco seasoning. Using a garlic press, add garlic and mix well. Spread browned grown beef over refried beans and top with cream cheese mixture. Spread shredded Cheddar cheese on top and bake 15-18 minutes or until hot.
Top with chopped olives and tomatoes and garnish with additional shredded cheese and sour cream, if desired. Serve with baked tortilla chip cups.
