For the Grill: BACON & CHEESE BURGER


BACON & CHEESE BURGER

Serves 4

Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 cup Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce
1/4 cup chopped crisp-cooked bacon (about 4 pieces)


Method

In medium bowl, combine all ingredients; shape into 4 patties. Grill or broil until done. Notes Recipe can be doubled. Add zip to your salad by adding a splash of LEA & PERRINS Worcestershire Sauce to your Caesar salad dressing or favourite vinaigrette.
