Garden Fresh Vegetable Soup Recipe

Ingredients:

1/2 medium Onion, chopped
2 Carrots peeled and thinly sliced
2 Zucchini, sliced
2 medium Tomatoes, peeled, seeded
1 can Condensed beef broth (10 1/2 -- oz can)
2 cups Water
2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
1/2 cup Small shell-shaped pasta
Parmesan cheese, grated

Preparation:

In slow-cooker, combine onion, carrots, zucchini, tomatoes, broth, water, parsley and oregano. Cover; cook on low-heat setting 8-9 hours or until vegetables are tender. Add pasta. Cover; cook on high heat setting 20 minutes or 'til pasta is tender. Ladle into serving bowls. Sprinkle with cheese.
