Corn Relish
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c Corn, frozen
1/4 c Minced red onion
1 ea Small red bell pepper, mince
3 tb Honey
3 tb Cider vinegar
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1/4 ts Dill seed (optional)
1 ea Salt and pepper
Instructions:
Combine all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed. Pack into one or two glass jars with lids. Make up to two days ahead of time, or at least two hours before serving. Makes two cups.
