SALMON MARINADE

Ingredients:

L&P Worcestershire Sauce
1/3 cup Olive or vegetable oil
2 tbsp. Honey
1 tbsp. Salt
¼ tsp. Ground ginger
¼ tsp. Spring onions, chopped


Method:

To prepare a marinade, blend all ingredients except salmon.

Place salmon in a small baking dish, pour ¼ cup mixture over salmon; turn to coat. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Remove salmon, and discard marinade. Grill or broil salmon, turning once and basting with remaining marinade, until salmon is cooked.
