Sunday Rice Pudding

1 1/4 cups sweetened condensed milk
2 1/2 cups cooked brown or white rice
2 eggs, slightly beaten
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 tsp nutmeg
2 tsp vanilla
1/3-1/2 cup raisins

Heat milk in saucepan. Add remaining ingredients. Stir well. Cook, covered for 20-35 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into bowls and chill.
