Mustard Vinaigrette Salad Dressing


Ingredients:

1/4 cup red wine vinegar
3 tablespoons mustard
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/8 teaspoon tarragon
2/3 cup olive oil

Directions:

1. In medium bowl, combine all ingredients except for oil. Gradually add olive oil, whisking gently until smooth.
2. Drizzle over torn spinach leaves, mixed salad greens or crisptender asparagus spears just before serving.

Makes 8 servings.
