Herbed Lemon-Garlic Marinade
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoons lemon juice
3 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 teaspoons rosemary
2 teaspoons sage savory
2 teaspoons marjoram
Salt and pepper, to taste
Stir together all ingredients. Marinate meat 2 to 24 hours in refrigerator. Discard any leftover marinade.
