Southern Vinegar Sauce
INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound margarine
1/2 cup vinegar
juice of 1 lemon
1 1/2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
PREPARATION:
Melt margarine in a sauce pan. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, honey, salt and pepper. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Stir in vinegar and allow to cool.
